URDUJA: The First Filipino Animated Film

URDUJA, presented by APT Entertainment and produced by Seventoon and Imaginary Friends, is the first MAJOR Filipino animated film (DAYO is the first ALL-DIGITAL full length film) about Princess Urduja, a lady warrior and heroine of Pangasinan, Philippines. When I saw the trailer, I was so amazed. If not for the Tagalog language/dialogue, one would instantly think URDUJA is a Disney film. Well, it's not really surprising for the animation in URDUJA to be SUPER because the film showcases the talent of world-class Filipino animators (there are many Filipino animators working for Disney and Warner Bros.) Giving voice to URDUJA is Asia's Songbird,Regine Velasquez while Cesar Montano lends his voice to LIM HANG. Other actors lending voices to characters are Eddie Garcia, Johnny Delgado, Jay Manalo, Michael V, Allan K, Epie Quizon, and Ruby Rodriguez. The Music and Lyrics are provided by Ogie Alcasid and Joey de Leon, respectively. This movie will do the Philippines a lot of good. Watch the trailer and see what I mean:
