hi there, ate I find your post about gell crossmatching interesting...as i nurse i havn't heard of it yet..i'm going to search more about this perhaps our hospital could do the same, how accurate is this? is this quiet expensive?

Hey, it was good to hear from you. It sounds like you are enjoying your work but it also sounds like some long hours. I bet you are tired. I'm back to doing something I enjoy also - I am homeschooling a friend's 15 yr old niece. I love teaching and working with youth. Especially ones who want to live for God!

Slipped Disc, WHO AM I, and A Recent Freak Accident
In a flash -- I had been struggling with lumbar pain for the last several weeks. Slipped disc. But, even with it, I still kept doing Lab work. Just a few days after the struggle with Slipped Disc ended, something embarrassing happened to me yesterday. I was coming off the Graveyard Shift but had to stay for a few more hours since I had to prepare everything needed for the Physical Exam of nearly 200 employees of a certain company on Feb. 24 (that's today) until last-minute changes pretty much cancelled my field work.
Anyway, after extended hours at the Lab, I had to settle some bills and went half-running to catch a ride in the hope of getting to the paying outlet/s before they close down for the day. That was when I tripped and fell. Luckily, I was able to use my arm and right leg to prevent myself from falling face down. So, now, right arm and right leg are hurting. But, the pain will go away in a few days. It was just embarrassing -- what happened, ha ha -- because it happened near one of the big malls here and that meant, I had much of an "audience". Gosh.
